Immigration Seminar



This course will provide an overview to construction professionals of immigration and employment issues they encounter and are required to address in the operation of their business and professional practices on a regular basis.  The speakers, Indera DeMine, Esq., an Immigration Attorney and Kristie A. Scott, Esq. of Knott Ebelini Hart, will lead this class.  Attendees will obtain an overview of immigration and nationality law and best practices related I-9 compliance and employment procedures.
