About Us

ATA College’s Electrical Technology Diploma program prepares students for entry-level opportunities in the electrical and construction industries through hands-on, career-focused training. Designed to be completed in as little as 10 months, the program provides students with practical experience in residential and commercial electrical systems, electrical theory, wiring, circuitry, the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety, blueprint reading, motors and controls, and troubleshooting.

Students gain experience using industry-relevant tools, equipment, and techniques while developing the technical knowledge and workplace skills needed to begin their careers.

• Residential and Commercial Wiring
• Electrical Safety and Building Construction
• National Electrical Code
• Residential and Commercial Circuit Installation
• Motors and Controls
• Blueprint Reading and Construction Mathematics
• Career Preparation and Professional Development

ATA College also provides career preparation through resume development, interview preparation, job-search assistance, and employer connections. Day and evening classes are available, and financial aid is available to those who qualify.
